Appointments
Hourly appointments are available for events, corporate bookings, and large group services where you pay for a set block of time rather than individual services. This format is ideal for occasions like corporate beauty suites, brand activations, and editorial shoots.
Hourly bookings can be extended or shortened based on your needs. If you're interested in an hourly booking, reach out to us at customerservice@glamsquad.com and we'll connect you with our events team to customize the experience.
Glamsquad currently operates in the following cities across the U.S.: New York City, Los Angeles / Orange County, South Florida (Miami + Palm Beach area), Washington D.C., Boston, Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, Nashville, Chicago, Long Island, San Francisco, Phoenix / Scottsdale, San Diego, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Westchester, Southern Connecticut, and The Hamptons (summer season only).
Booking hours are 5:00 AM–9:00 PM local time in most markets. Las Vegas hours extend to midnight. Enter your address in the app or at glamsquad.com to confirm availability in your area.
When you book a Glamsquad appointment, your arrival window starts at your chosen time and extends for 15 minutes. For example, if you book for 3:00 PM, your Pro may arrive anytime between 3:00 and 3:15 PM — both are considered on time.
You'll receive a push notification and SMS with your Pro's ETA when they're on their way. If your Pro hasn't arrived by the end of the arrival window, you'll receive an update. For delays of 15 minutes or more past the window, reach out to us at customerservice@glamsquad.com or through the in-app chat and we'll make sure you're taken care of right away.
If your address falls outside Glamsquad's standard service zones, we may still be able to accommodate you with an out-of-zone booking — but availability and any applicable fees vary based on your location.
Out-of-zone bookings can't be self-booked through the app. Reach out to us at customerservice@glamsquad.com with your address and the service you'd like, and our reservations team will confirm availability and walk you through any details specific to your request.
You can cancel anytime through the Glamsquad app or at glamsquad.com. If you have questions about a cancellation fee, reach out and we're happy to look into it.
Glamsquad's cancellation policy varies based on the day of your appointment and your market. Here's what you need to know:
Monday–Thursday:
• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your appointment
• Full charge if cancelled less than 4 hours before
Friday—Sunday
• Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment
• $25 cancellation fee if cancelled 4–12 hours before
• Full charge if cancelled less than 4 hours before
The Hamptons
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment
• Full charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before
New Year's Eve & Special Events:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment
• Full charge if cancelled less than 48 hours before
Important notes:
• Rescheduling your appointment is treated the same as canceling — the same windows and fees apply
• Members never pay cancellation fees — it's one of the perks of your membership!
• Members also receive flexibility on same-day cancellations and same-day rebookings
Important reminder about appointment readiness: When your Beauty Professional arrives, please be ready to begin your service. Your Pro will wait 15–20 minutes if you're not quite ready — but if you're unable to start within that window, the full appointment amount will still be charged. We want to respect both your time and your Pro's schedule!
If your Beauty Professional cancels at the last minute or doesn't show up, Glamsquad will make it right. We'll give you as much notice as possible and work quickly to resolve the situation. Glamsquad brings professional beauty services directly to whatever location works best for you. That could be your home, a hotel room, your office, a wedding venue, an event space, or any other address of your choosing — just enter it when you book.
Please note that Glamsquad does not have physical salon locations. All services are performed at the address you provide at booking.
