Need a glam session outside of our standard booking hours? We may be able to accommodate you! After-hours availability depends on Beauty Professional schedules in your area, and all after-hours requests need to be coordinated in advance.
Just reach out to us at customerservice@glamsquad.com with your preferred date, time, and service, and we'll check what's available for you.
Life happens — and we totally get it! You can cancel or adjust your appointment time directly through the Glamsquad app or at glamsquad.com anytime.
Some changes do need a little extra help from our team. If you'd like to add a service, add a guest, switch to a different service type, or request a specific Beauty Professional, just reach out at customerservice@glamsquad.com or message us through the in-app chat — whichever is easiest for you, and we'll take care of it for you.
A quick heads-up: changes made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (see our Cancellation Policy article for full details).
Glamsquad Beauty Professionals bring their own professional-grade products and tools to every appointment — it's part of what makes the experience so seamless. Because of this, specific product requests cannot always be guaranteed.
That said, if you have a product preference or need to avoid certain ingredients due to allergies or sensitivities, the best approach is to have the product on hand for your Pro to use. Most Pros are happy to work with a client-provided product when asked.
If you have a known allergy or skin sensitivity, please let your Pro know before the service begins — they'll consult with you to make sure everything is safe and comfortable before starting.

Absolutely! If you've had a great experience with a particular Beauty Professional and want to book with them again, just let us know. We'll check their availability and do our best to match you. If you don't remember your Pro's name, we can look up your previous appointments to find them.
Specific Pro requests are subject to availability based on the Pro's schedule and your requested date, time, and location.
We make it easy to communicate your vision to your Beauty Professional. When you're booking your appointment, you can add style notes — just type out the look you're going for, any special requests, or details about your preferences. Even better, you can upload inspiration photos directly in the app so your Pro knows exactly what you have in mind. Whether you're saving a specific hairstyle from Instagram, a makeup look from Pinterest, or anything else, sharing those visual references helps ensure you get the exact style you want. Your Pro will review your notes and photos before arriving, so they come prepared and ready to create the perfect look for you!
Booking a Glamsquad appointment is quick and easy. Open the Glamsquad app (iOS) or visit glamsquad.com, enter your location, select the service you'd like, choose your preferred date and time, add any optional add-ons, and confirm your booking. If you're unable to use the app or website, you can email customerservice@glamsquad.com and our team will be happy to help!
Appointments can be booked as little as two hours in advance, depending on Beauty Professional availability.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation with your Beauty Professional's name and photo, along with preparation instructions for your service.
Note on Recurring Appointments: Glamsquad doesn't currently offer recurring or standing appointments. You can book each appointment individually through the app whenever you'd like to schedule your next service.
You can message your Beauty Professional directly through the Communication Tab in the Glamsquad app. It becomes available about 1 hour before your appointment and stays open until the appointment is complete.
If your appointment is more than an hour away or you're having trouble with the Communication Tab, just contact our support team at customerservice@glamsquad.com and we'll relay your message.
